SHIPPING, RETURNS & UNDELIVERED ITEMS POLICY
Orders placed with us are subject to our acceptance. We have no obligations to any order placed until we have accepted it. Unless agreed with you, we are not required to despatch any order until we have received payment in full.
SHIPPING
Shipping Times
Kaneh Bosm make every effort to despatch your order in a timely manner. If you place your order by 2.22pm, it will leave the same day by 3.33pm. Except for weekends, weekends are for rest and weekend orders go out Monday 3:33pm.
We always utilise express post with Australia Post for shipping. We are unable to determine the exact delivery time as it is out of our control however shipment should arrive 1-3 business days. Western Australia orders may be longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number after payment has been processed so you can track your Kaneh Bosm delivery.
To avoid potential delays in transit, we suggest you provide an attended home or business address where someone will be available to receive the order during normal business hours.
Cost of shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders unless use of discount code or subscription.
RETURN POLICY
By making a purchase of Kaneh Bosm you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling products containing 100% THC FREE, CBD (cannabidiol) hemp and that you are over the age of eighteen.
All Kaneh Bosm products come sealed and are for individual use and consumption. Products are not returnable after purchase transaction is complete.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If we receive a return of undelivered items which happens time to time (i.e. address change) we will contact you to rectify. If you are unable to be contacted, we will refund the full value minus the shipping costs and $20 administration fee.
